Meet the Founder
Vincent Moulden
Vincent Moulden founded Moulden Group after a career spanning executive leadership, local government, nonprofit governance, communications, and community engagement. Work that convinced him most organizations don’t need another consultant with a predetermined answer. They need a trusted partner who asks better questions. His training as a Holistic Life Coach & Mind-Body Practitioner shapes a whole-person approach: the belief that clear thinking and steady presence matter as much as strategy.
His background spans constituent services and public engagement, nonprofit board leadership, philanthropy, and public speaking — experience he draws on whether he’s advising an elected official through a transition, helping a nonprofit board find its footing, or coaching an executive stepping into a new role.
